Refund requests and damage claims

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete, or you want to request a refund, email info@pclresearch.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the package and item. Requests received more than 5 days after delivery are not eligible.
